I help adults regain clarity and momentum when life feels stuck.I work mainly with anxiety, burnout, loss of direction, and persistent self-sabotaging patterns – often with men who want practical change, not endless talking.My approach is structured and time-limited, focused on turning insight into concrete action.

I’ve walked this road myself: lost, frustrated, and 40 kg overweight – more than once.
Since then, I’ve changed countries and careers, learned a new language, completed a marathon and an ultramarathon, and helped others do the same.
